Paul van der Merwe grew up on a farm in the South of Namibia and had a keen interest in farming from a very young age. After school, he studied and became an aeronautical avionic engineer. His career led him to travel to many parts of the world and gain lots of great experience. In 2019, Paul returned to his home country, Namibia and to farming. Paul is dedicated and determined to make farming more economical and more automated in Namibia as rainfall patterns are becoming more unpredictable. Paul believes this is the future for Namibia and agriculture all around the world.

Peet van Staden is passionate about solving problems with data-driven solutions. Growing up in Southern Namibia, Peet spent his early years packing shelves in his grandparent’s store. His journey led him to study engineering in Bloemfontein, where he honed his skills and expertise. Having grown up on a farm, Peet is deeply committed to addressing the unique challenges faced by Namibia. His focus on innovative IoT solutions aims to significantly impact local communities and industries.
