Provides advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and are individually accountable for achieving results through their own efforts.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Convert tele-sales leads and support customer retention objectives.
- Perform duties as assigned by the Supervisor as part of the learning and development programme.
- Assist clients in achieving financial goals by providing appropriate advice and solutions.
- Provide services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients.
- Deliver advice in line with the company’s customer value proposition and compliance framework.
- Prioritise and implement internal customer retention strategies.
- Build and manage long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client prospecting initiatives within allocated markets.
- Develop, track, and review business plans to achieve individual performance targets.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Namibian citizenship.
- Grade 12 with commercial or business-related subjects.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as an insurance intermediary or within the financial services sector (advantageous).
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
- Strong planning, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Proactive and enthusiastic approach to sales.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team.
- Valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
