Job Description

Frans Indongo Lodge is seeking an Admin Assistant. Join our team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our lodge!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage E-mails, calls & correspondence
  • Maintain filing systems & prepare reports
  • Assist with bookkeeping, petty cash & payroll support
  • Support reservations, guest records & check-ins
  • Coordinate with suppliers & assist management with meetings & events
  • Confidentiality

Requirements

  • Previous admin experience (hospitality) an advantage
  • Strong computer skills (MS office, E-mail, Spreadsheets & Innkeeper)
  • Excellent organizational & communication skills
  • Ability to multitask & work in a remote lodge environment
  • High level of integrity & attention to detail
