To produce a variety of quality and fresh bread specialties by consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability..
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Produce a variety of baked products with the required quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate weight control and product quality by using correct measurements during production.
- Attend to customer orders promptly and efficiently.
- Rotate stock continuously and store products safely in accordance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food safety, and comply with all health and safety regulations within the bakery department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate
- Minimum of 2 years’ Bakery / Retail experience
- Diploma or short course in Bakery
