Job Description

To produce a variety of quality and fresh bread specialties by consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability..

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Produce a variety of baked products with the required quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain accurate weight control and product quality by using correct measurements during production.
  • Attend to customer orders promptly and efficiently.
  • Rotate stock continuously and store products safely in accordance with the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping and food safety, and comply with all health and safety regulations within the bakery department.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • National Senior Level Certificate
  • Minimum of 2 years’ Bakery / Retail experience
  • Diploma or short course in Bakery
