BOILERMAKER (C2)
Rosh Pinah Zinc, a leading mining company, is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in our operations.

Your key areas of responsibility:
– Welding, fabrication, and repair of trackless mining equipment frames, components, and structures
– Repair and rebuilding of buckets, trays, and attachments for Load & Haul equipment
– Fabrication, inspection, repair, and maintenance of man-carrying and lifting cages in accordance with mine standards
– Conduct inspections and assess structural integrity of equipment and fabricated items
– Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding procedure specifications
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards
– Provide feedback on job cards and maintenance systems (D365 experience will be an advantage)

Ideally, you will have:
– Recognised Trade Diploma as a Qualified Boilermaker / Welder
– Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience within a mining or heavy industry environment
– Proven experience in structural welding, fabrication, and repairs on trackless mining equipment
– Coded Welding Certification SMAW/GMAW/MIG/GTAW will be an advantage.
– Knowledge of safety standards related to man-carrying and lifting equipment.
– Code B Driver’s License
– Computer literacy will be an advantage
– Proficiency in English
– Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and standby when required
– Valid Police Clearance
