Are you someone who can:
- Manage risks in own area of responsibility
- Provide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategy
- Grow branch profitability through advances, liabilities, assets and non-interest revenue
- Define and implement an operational sales portfolio growth strategy in area of responsibility.
- Keep accurate records of credit proposals and expired limits.
- Identify opportunities to expand customer base with potentially profitable customers.
- Ensure active growth in the new and existing client base regarding accounts and all value added and related banking products and services
- Provide excellent customer service and built long term trust relationships with internal and external customers.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Relevant Business or Commerce Degree
- 3-5 years relevant experience in a similar environment of which 2-3 ideally on junior management level
