Job Specification

  • Perform daily collections administration tasks in Payroll, EFT Collections and Pre-Legal recoveries including pay-date management
  • Meet daily/weekly targets
  • Timely and effective collection of instalments
  • Improve the overall collections performance, legal recoveries and reduce debt write-off
  • Compile and dispatch monthly invoices to clients
  • Make outbound calls in accordance with predetermined schedules
  • Follow up on arrear instalments, conclude reasonable payment arrangements
  • Ensure correct allocation of receipts
  • Attend and resolve client queries
  • Provide ad-hoc and weekly reporting as and when required
  • Follow standardised processes and provide administrative support in line with normal business functioning
  • Deliver on daily production standards and adhere to service and quality standards

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Namibian Citizenship
  • Grade 12 with minimum 25 points
  • Relevant tertiary degree or diploma (minimum NQF level 7) essential
  • 2-3 years relevant experience
  • Proficient in MS Office suites i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong telephony skills experience is advantageous
  • Ability to analyse, interpret and action client accounts
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Self-managed and strong team player
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent work ethic with a high degree of accuracy
  • Deadline and target driven
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • High sense of client care
