Job purpose::

To drive business growth, cross selling of the Bank’s products and services and to manage key client relationships.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow the current client portfolio.
  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to attract new clientele and to cross-sell the Bank’s products and services to existing clients.
  • Analyse market trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Proactively market the Bank’s products and services on all platforms.
  • Analyse, negotiate and apply tailored financial solutions.
  • Effectively analyse and manage credit risk in compliance with banking regulations and risk management policies.
  • Provide superior, reliable and prompt client service to enhance the Bank’s relationship banking concept.

Key Requirements::

  • Namibian citizen.
  • Will be based in Windhoek but will be expected to travel countrywide on an ongoing basis as and when required.
  • A suitable and acceptable tertiary qualification and/or diploma in banking, business, credit or a related field.
  • At least five (5) years experience in commercial banking with two (2) years’ knowledge of business banking and credit.
