Job Description

To produce a variety of quality and fresh confectionery products by being creative and consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Receive and prepare customer orders timeously and efficiently.
  • Meet confectionery production requirements according to approved recipes and production schedules.
  • Produce fresh, high-quality confectionery products consistently.
  • Perform stock rotation in coolers and on shelves in line with FIFO principles.
  • Ensure the department is kept clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:

  • National Senior Level Certificate.
  • Minimum of 2 years Bakery / Confectionery production experience, specializing in cakes and decoration.
  • Diploma or short course in Bakery / Confectionery will be an added advantage.
