Job Description
To produce a variety of quality and fresh confectionery products by being creative and consistently following production recipes to meet customer needs and achieve profitability.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Receive and prepare customer orders timeously and efficiently.
- Meet confectionery production requirements according to approved recipes and production schedules.
- Produce fresh, high-quality confectionery products consistently.
- Perform stock rotation in coolers and on shelves in line with FIFO principles.
- Ensure the department is kept clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards at all times.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- National Senior Level Certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years Bakery / Confectionery production experience, specializing in cakes and decoration.
- Diploma or short course in Bakery / Confectionery will be an added advantage.
