• Code C Drrvng Licences
• Be a Namibian Citizen

• Solid waste management and supervisory
• Water reticulation management and supervisory
• Roads and Construction management
• Sewerage reticulation construction management
• Building maintenance, management & supervision
• Maintain rapid intervention vehicle & equpment
• Training and Development
• Emergency respond and Preparedness
• Incidents reporting
• Occupational Health & Safety (0HS)50% Office Bound: 50% inspecting, coordination, supervision and managment
• Innovativeness, decisiveness, flexibiity, planning, organizing skills, and ability to develop and empov/ers others.
• Sound knowledge of Local Authority Act.
• Good communication skills, ability to solve complex plumbrig / mechanical related problems, ability to work under pressure, physical ability, ability to work independently, computer literacy.
