Job Description
Lewcor Group is seeking qualified crushing equipment operators for a project at Rössing Mine to produce high-quality aggregate products in line with operational, safety, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of crushing and screening equipment to produce high-quality aggregate products in line with operational, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Namibian ID
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in operating mobile crushers
- Experience in aggregate plant operation and maintenance
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and operational instructions
