A B. Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF L7 in Public Management or Business Administration or Sport Management or Sports Science or Community Development or Youth Development or any other related qualification plus 9 years appropriate experience. A Master’s Degree or equivalent qualification on NQF Level 9. The candidates must have worked five (5) years at the level of a Director Grade 3 in the Public Service or at a Senior management level outside the Public Service i.e. Senior Manager or General Manager) or equivalent.
