Job Profile Summary

To manage and drive digital platform performance by leading a team to optimise client usage and increase digital adoption, by enabling and maintaining new products available on the Bank’s Business digital channels

Are you someone who can:

  • Lead and manage a team to drive adoption and usage of digital platforms across client segments
  • Drive growth in digital vertical sales index (VSI), transaction volumes and revenue through increased platform utilisation
  • Oversee portfolio performance within area of responsibility to ensure achievement of digital targets
  • Implement and manage initiatives to increase client engagement and usage across all digital channels
  • Monitor digital platform performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve adoption, usage and revenue
  • Ensure effective execution of digital sales and enablement strategies within the  portfolio
  • Coordinate with product, technology and operations teams to ensure platform functionality supports business requirements
  • Identify and address barriers to digital adoption and implement corrective actions to improve client uptake
  • Ensure alignment of digital platform activities with business objectives, service standards and governance frameworks
  • Manage the support team responsible for the onboarding, enablement, and education of clients and sales teams to drive effective utilisation of digital solutions.Manage performance of team members through clear objectives, coaching and ongoing feedback
  • Track and report on digital performance indicators, including usage, volumes, revenue and client engagement
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk and governance requirements across all digital platform activities
  • Drive continuous improvement of digital processes, service delivery and client experience
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to deliver integrated digital solutions and achieve business outcomes

You will be an ideal candidate if you meet the below minimum requirements: 

  • A Minimum Qualification : A relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems or related discipline
  • 5–7 years’ experience in digital channels, sales enablement, banking or platform management environments
