Job Description
Position: External Instrumentation Mechanician (C2) x2 (24 Months FTC)
Rosh Pinah Zinc, a leading mining company, is seeking skilled Instrumentation Mechanicians to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in our operations.
Your Key Areas of Responsibility:
Performing various tasks in connection with the repair and maintenance of instrumentation and related systems in the plant and underground mining in accordance with oral and written instructions, working drawings, job cards, manuals, and other specifications.
Attending to all planned and emergency C&I duties in the section.
Manage relations with other departments.
Maintenance and fault finding of PLC and Scada/HMI Systems (Rockwell advantage).
Industrial Ethernet, Profibus communication networks.
Maintenance and calibration of C&I plant instruments, flow meters, scales, PH meters, analyzers etc.
Maintain and Calibrate Auto Control valves and Positioners.
Practical experience in the repair of online analyzer (Outotec Courier).
Maintenance experience on fully Filtration systems and sequences.
Assisting with adhoc duties as requested by supervisor or Head of Department.
Adherence to all safety and health practices and promotion of good housekeeping on an ongoing basis.
Ideally, you will have:
Recognized Trade Diploma as a qualified instrumentation Mechanician/Technician.
2 Year Experience in the C&I mechanician field.
Ability and willingness to work overtime and do standby.
Proficiency in English.
Valid driver’s license.
Fitness for Duty Certificate.
Practical experience in the repair of online analyzer (Outotec Courier).
Valid Police Clearance Certificate (not older than 6 months).
