Are you ready to embark on an adventurous journey and explore the world of HEINEKEN? We are excited to announce the launch of our Global Graduate Program – designed to fast-track your career and develop you into a future leader at one of the world’s most renowned brands.

About the Program

Our Global Graduate Program is a three-year journey consisting of three rotations, each lasting six months, within your chosen area: Supply Chain or Commerce. The program is designed to accelerate your development through diverse experiences, exposure to different business environments, and meaningful career opportunities. Following the rotations, you will spend the next 18 months in a role within your home operating company, Namibia Breweries, applying your learning and preparing for future leadership opportunities.

  • Rotation 1: Begin your journey at Namibia Breweries in Windhoek, Namibia, where you will build a strong foundation in your chosen function while gaining an understanding of our operations, strategy, and culture.
  • Rotation 2: Continue your development at Namibia Breweries through a cross-functional assignment, broadening your perspective and deepening your understanding of how different areas of the business work together to drive success.
  • Rotation 3: Broaden your horizons with an international assignment within the HEINEKEN network, strengthening your global mindset, cultural agility, and professional experience.
  • Landing Role: Now that you have got all the tools, you will return to Namibia Breweries to take on a management role where you can apply your experience, continue your development, and contribute to the future success of the business.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management or a related field.
  • An overall average pass mark of 70% or higher is required.
  • No specific previous work experience is required. We are specifically looking for recent graduates with a maximum of one year of post-graduation experience.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
  • Proficiency in additional local languages will be an added advantage.
  • Namibian citizenship or eligibility to work in Namibia is required.
