Swakop Uranium is pursuing highly motivated, organized and methodical young professionals to join our Graduate Development Programme in the following field:

Mining Engineering

Our Graduate Development Programmes are structured over a period of 24 – 36 months and will provide Graduates with a platform to gain relevant work experience to complement their theoretical knowledge. 

Minimum entry requirements

• Grade 12 with a minimum of 36 points in 5 subjects.
• A 4 year undergraduate Bachelors / BTech Degree NQF 7 in the relevant field with an overall average mark of at least 65%.
• A maximum age of 26 years.
• Must be a Namibian Citizen.
• Must be self-motivated and results driven.
• Eager to go the extra-mile and a self-starter.
• Good communication and networking skills.
• Able to work in a multi-national diverse working environment.
• Code B/BE drivers’ license.
