Job Description
To execute, administer and coordinate Hartlief trade marketing plan by providing excellent operational and logistical support to the Hartlief Sales & Marketing teams to contribute to the achievement of sales volume and market share.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Contribute to the development of BTL trade execution plans including marketing campaigns, in-store activations, and events in line with brand activity calendars.
- Drive BTL execution standards in line with Channel Plans.
- Coordinate the end-to-end sourcing process for BTL marketing assets, including RFQ submission, vendor selection, approval processes, and generating SAP PRs.
- Coordinate vendor delivery of BTL elements OTIF for timely distribution to sales teams.
- Prepare trade briefs and representative information pages to support BTL execution.
- Deliver trade executions OTIF for all brand campaigns and activities.
- Evaluate and report on promotional executions and effectiveness to ensure compliance.
- Train and brief merchandisers on merchandising compliance.
- Conduct regular trade visits to ensure compliance and support sales teams with identified opportunities.
- Manage the BTL budget and report any over or under expenditure.
- Assist the Marketing department in formulating and implementing BTL projects.
- Provide marketing project support during the development of new products.
- Execute regional events to support, promote, and build brands.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Diploma in Sales & Marketing.
- 3 years’ experience in FMCG Sales, Marketing, or Trade Marketing.
- Proficient in Cost Centre Management and relevant SAP experience.
- A valid Code B/BE driver’s license.
