• Employee relations and engagement, including disciplinary and grievance management.
• Performance management and learning and development coordination.
• Compensation, benefits and HR administration.
• HR governance, compliance and risk management.
• Occupational health, safety and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

• Namibian citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• 5-7 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years at supervisory/management level.
• Demonstrated experience across all HR functional areas.
• Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport.
• Banking/financial services industry experience will be an advantage.
• Health and Safety certification/training will be an advantage.
