Job Description
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Labour Relations/Human Resources essential
- At least 5–8 years’ experience in a Human Resources department
- Proven working experience in dealing with industrial relations/union negotiations/interactions
- Proven working knowledge of Employment Equity/Affirmative Action plans and Skills Development submissions
- Previous experience in working on a payroll system and related statutory returns
- Working knowledge of conducting training needs analysis
- Experience in drafting annual training plans and follow-up
- Ability to communicate company policies effectively to employees
- Experience with onboarding and conducting induction for new employees
- Ability to construct professional correspondence and presentations
- Computer Literacy: MS Office (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
