Job Summary

Caterserve Namibia CC is looking for a high-performing Key Account Managers to manage and grow relationships with major retail customers across Namibia. This is a high-pressure, fast-paced role suited for someone who can work under stress, think clearly, and deliver results in a demanding retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key accounts and build strong professional relationships with buyers in major retail groups
• Handle listings, negotiations, deals, and promotions
• Work long hours when required to ensure deals are loaded and executed correctly
• Ensure all deals and agreements are clearly communicated to the sales team
• Work hand-in-hand with sales representatives to ensure orders are placed and deals are successfully executed in-store
• Identify problems quickly and provide practical solutions
• Monitor deal performance and address any issues with urgency and accuracy

Requirements

• Proven experience in key account management, sales, or retail FMCG, at least 5 years
• Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with buyers
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and accountability
• Willingness to work long and flexible hours when required
