Job Title: Key Accounts Manager – Retail
Role Purpose:
To ensure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing, promoting, merchandising, trading and selling of food, liquor and allied food service products, traded, stocked and maintained by the Deep Catch Group and its associated distribution companies
- Promptly report any aspect of any operation that could negatively impact on the safe working environment, natural environment and/or the public
- Build strong customer relations with buyers and principal to ensure excellent service levels are maintained.
- Retail Master maintenance by Retailer and pricing control.
- The employee shall travel nationally and trade, promote and merchandise the company products; service and call on existing and potentially new customers
- Record weekly store assessments
- Endeavour to keep returns at a minimal
- Ensure that all correct paperwork is completed, and processes are followed according to company and principal requirements
- Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- Instore and strategic deal management to increase product volumes & sales.
- Reach sales targets and grow customer base
- Liaise with Operational Buying ensuring principal of stock levels maintained.
- Daily report analysis (stock, expiry, sales revenue, claims etc.)
