Maintenance Supervisor – Caterserve Namibia
Job Description
Caterserve Namibia is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor that will ensure optimal operation, maintenance, and reliability of production machinery, bottling lines, and utilities to minimize downtime and support continuous production and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure machinery, bottling equipment, and plant utilities operate efficiently.
- Ensure that the fleet is well maintained
- Work alongside third party Maintenance Contractor in scheduled machinery services
- Adhering to maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
- General building maintenance
Requirements
- Trade qualification or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a maintenance environment.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of preventative maintenance systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
