Job Description
Perform the provisioning and administration functions of both shore and vessels.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide vessel crewing and departure support.
- Administer provisions for vessels.
- Handle fry administration and distribution.
- Assist with administration of clock cards, leave forms, and related queries.
- Act as an intermediary between internal departments and external stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Grade 12 Certificate with a pass in English.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a General Office Clerk, preferably in the fishing industry (working with fishing vessels).
- Background knowledge of working with DMA and MFMR.
- Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel).
- Valid driver’s license (Code B).
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
