Marketing Officer – Caterserve Namibia
Job Description
To help grow and strengthen the Crystal Gold brand across Namibia. Caterserve Namibia CC is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven individual who is full of ideas, passionate about branding, and ready to be hands-on both online and in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to boost the Crystal Gold and other affiliated brands
- Manage and grow our website and social media platforms
- Plan and execute tasting promotions and brand activations
- Travel inside and outside of Windhoek for marketing activities
- Lead, train, manage and motivate a promotional team
- Work closely with the sales team to increase brand visibility
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing or a related trade
- Strong knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and website management
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and well-organized
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Willing and able to travel
- Proven ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
