Merchandiser Manager – Caterserve Namibia
Job Description
Caterserve Namibia CC is looking for a strong, hands-on Merchandiser Manager to oversee and manage all merchandisers across Namibia and ensure excellent in-store execution of the Crystal Gold and other affiliated brands. This position requires a self-driven leader who can work independently, manage people effectively, and continuously find new ways to improve brand visibility and product presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Full oversight of all merchandisers nationwide
- Ensure merchandisers are on time, present daily, and at the correct stores
- Monitor performance and ensure all duties are carried out correctly
- Ensure maximum brand exposure in-store
- Maintain neat, well-packed, and correctly displayed shelves
- Support sales representatives with in-store promotions and stock movement
- Identify opportunities to improve merchandising standards and execution
- Lead, motivate, and manage merchandising teams
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ retail experience
- Valid driver’s license (essential)
- Strong people-management and communication skills
- Excellent work ethic and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Creative thinker with the ability to introduce new ideas and improvements
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
