NEW & USED VEHICLES SALES MANAGER

LOCATION: OKAHANDJA

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:

  • Manage the New Vehicles Sales Department.

  • Manage the Used Vehicles Sales Department.

  • Lead and develop a highly efficient sales team.

  • Achieve and exceed targets and budgets.

  • Effectively manage and control vehicle stock levels.

  • Meet Toyota Standards and effectively manage the Sales Development Program.

  • Exploit market and marketing opportunities.

  • Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

  • Be a contributing member of the Management team.

  • Adhere to group standards and policies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Grade 12, preferably a post-school qualification.

  • At least 6 years’ Sales experience, of which 2 years should have been at management level.

  • Valid driver’s license.

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office).

  • Auto franchise experience will be advantageous.
