The company is seeking an Orchard Team Leader to supervise orchard teams, coordinate daily field activities, and ensure production targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.
Role Purpose
To lead orchard teams and ensure efficient orchard operations aligned with production plans and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise, motivate, and manage orchard teams to meet production targets.
Ensure correct care, maintenance, and harvesting of date palms.
Coordinate daily work schedules, resources, and field activities.
Train employees on agricultural best practices and safety procedures.
Communicate operational progress and challenges to management.
Maintain productivity during time-sensitive and seasonal operations.
Minimum Requirements
Proven experience in date farming or orchard operations.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor conditions.
Multilingual communication skills.
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
