Are you someone who can:

• Stay customer-focused while demonstrating leadership in driving business growth and profitability?
• Manage risks within your area of responsibility while driving strategic business growth?
• Compile and present detailed reports to guide informed business decisions?
• Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand the customer base with profitable clients?
• Achieve revenue and profit growth by managing client portfolios, acquiring new clients, reducing the cost of capital, and increasing transactional revenue?
• Analyze client needs and product offerings to ensure FNB is their primary banking partner?
• Lead with strong relationship management, leveraging your knowledge of investments, finance, and Private Banking to deliver exceptional results?
• Communicate effectively, work independently, and take personal accountability for your success?
• Demonstrate management and follow-up skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining a customer-focused approach?

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

• Have a relevant industry qualification or Commerce degree
• Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar environment, ideally within private / business banking or wealth management and at a management level or junior specialist level.
• Have a strong knowledge of credit, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have own transport
