Those working as assistants and office support at PwC will provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including managing their schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling confidential information. You will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth operations and effective communication within the organisation.

Requirements
- Must be a Namibian Citizen;

- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate or professional environment;
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail;
- Professional and polished appearance, with a friendly and approachable demeanour;
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion;
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests, clients and employees with a friendly and professional approach;
- Answer and transfer incoming calls to the appropriate individuals/departments;
- Take accurate information and distribute messages to employees;
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organised and presentable at all times;
- Efficiently handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier documents;
- Act as first point of contact with new clients;
- Taking work instructions and conveying to appropriate team members; and
- Provide secretarial and other administrative support to assist with any related ad-hoc requests from Managers and Partners.
