Rosh Pinah Health Care (Pty) Ltd, trading as Sidadi Clinic, is a modern private healthcare facility offering Primary Health Care, Occupational Health Services, Dental Services, After‑Hours Emergency Care, a Day Ward, and a Surgical Theatre. The clinic serves the mining industry and surrounding communities, delivering accessible, patient‑centred healthcare of the highest standard.

As part of ongoing growth and commitment to clinical excellence, the clinic seeks a dynamic, ethical, and patient‑focused Senior Dentist to lead and further develop its dental services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive dental examinations, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Perform routine and advanced dental procedures including restorations, extractions, preventative care, and emergency dental treatment.
  • Manage dental emergencies and acute oral health presentations.
  • Promote oral health through patient education, preventative programmes, and community initiatives.
  • Lead the development and growth of the clinic’s dental services.
  • Ensure compliance with HPCNA standards, infection prevention and control, and healthcare legislation.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and legally compliant patient records.
  • Manage dental equipment, instruments, consumables, and stock control.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and accreditation activities.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with patients and healthcare practitioners.
  • Support occupational health programmes where oral health impacts fitness for work.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to supporting clinical staff.
  • Participate in after‑hours emergency dental care when required.
  • Contribute to clinic efficiency, sustainability, and growth.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary healthcare initiatives and wellness programmes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor of Dentistry (BChD).
  • Current registration with the Health Professions Councils of Namibia (HPCNA) as a Dentist.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ post‑community service experience preferred.
  • Experience in private healthcare practice is an advantage.
  • Experience in remote, mining, occupational health, or rural healthcare environments is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated competence in routine and emergency dental procedures.
  • Strong understanding of infection prevention, sterilisation, and quality assurance.
  • Computer literacy and experience with electronic patient management systems.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own transport (advantageous).
