Minimum Experience: 5+ Years with HR generalist experience, with a proven track record in performance management, culture transformation, and learning & development.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Development, or related field.

Knowledge & Skills
- Digital fluency and proficiency in HR technologies
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and understanding of change management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple levels and functions within the organization
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and trends
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goals will be considered an added advantage
Duties & Responsibilities
The principal accountabilities of this position are to:
- Partner with business units to deliver end-to-end support in core HR functions, including performance management, talent management, workforce planning, succession planning, and human capacity development.
- Contribute to culture transformation strategies and facilitate their implementation to enhance employee engagement and overall organisational effectiveness.
- Serve as practice owner for key OD practices, i.e. Performance Management and Learning and Development ensuring effective execution and continuous evaluation of existing practices or policies.
- Draft position papers, recommend continuous improvements and execute implementation.
- Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end delivery of the Bank’s graduate training programmes and other capacity-building programmes.
- Support and drive people change initiatives by partnering with employees at all levels to facilitate smooth implementation and adoption.
- Utilise HR data and analytics to generate actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making and enable impact assessments of HR interventions.
