POSITION LOCATION: Walvis Bay Namibia
POSITON NAME: Site Administrator
Responsibilities:
The following is a list of responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:
- Office Management & Administration
- Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and organise
- Oversee the procurement and stock control of office supplies, including stationer
- coffee, sugar, and other consumables.
- Maintain an updated inventory of office supplies and reorder when necessary
- Coordinate office repairs and maintenance services as require
- Ensure adherence to office safety and hygiene standard
- Scan, file, and submit job cards and other necessary documents promptly
- Maintain and organise both physical and digital records for easy retrieval.
- Prepare and distribute reports, forms, and documentation as required.
- Collect and manage employee timesheets for payroll processing.
- Ensure timesheets are accurately completed and submitted on time.
- Address any timesheet discrepancies and liaise with relevant departments for resolution.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and site visits.
- Provide general administrative support to site staff as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for site-related administrative inquiries.
- Perform any other duties as assigned to support site operations.
- Assist with payment processing (follow-ups).

. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Qualification
. Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
. Minimum of 2-3 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
. Experience in office management, stock control, and basic accounting
advantageous.
. Valid Driver License
