Job Description

Lewcor Group is seeking a Site Administrator to provide efficient HR and production administrative support on site, ensuring smooth site operations, compliance, and effective employee administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate HR inductions, medicals, and site access
  • Manage time & attendance and payroll-related administration
  • Handle employee records, pay queries, and performance review support
  • Compile daily production and machine-hour reports
  • Order office consumables and manage general site admin

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
  • Namibian ID
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Administrator
  • Experience with Binary City Clocking system and timesheets
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, work independently, and maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy
