Job Description
Lewcor Group is seeking a Site Administrator to provide efficient HR and production administrative support on site, ensuring smooth site operations, compliance, and effective employee administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate HR inductions, medicals, and site access
- Manage time & attendance and payroll-related administration
- Handle employee records, pay queries, and performance review support
- Compile daily production and machine-hour reports
- Order office consumables and manage general site admin
Requirements
- A Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
- Namibian ID
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid Code of Conduct (not older than 6 months)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Administrator
- Experience with Binary City Clocking system and timesheets
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Capability to manage multiple priorities under pressure, work independently, and maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy
