Key Responsibilities:
– Coordinate mine-wide safety programmes.
– Monitor critical risk controls and field compliance.
– Coordinate inspections, audits and safety observations.
– Review incident investigations and corrective actions.
– Monitor contractor safety performance.
– Support emergency preparedness and response.

Requirements:
– Grade 12.
– Valid driver’s license.
– Diploma/Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field; SAMTRAC/NEBOSH advantageous; ISO 45001 knowledge.
– IMS knowledge added advantage.
– 8 years’ experience in mining safety experience, of which three years should be supervisory experience.
