Our Transactional Banking portfolio comprises of account services, cash, card acquiring and issuing, EFT and Digital payments solutions, that are intended to meet the needs of commercial and business clients.
Are you someone who can:
- Continually seeks and capitalizes on opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
- Achieve market share growth by optimising revenue opportunities through upselling / cross selling into the existing base or by acquiring new clients.
- Create end-to-end value propositions that include current and new product and solution sets, pricing, service and channel delivery models that meet current and anticipated future client needs. Provide input and guidance on pricing as part of the solution.
- Monitor market trends to identify growth opportunities for commercial and business clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and present tailored solutions to meet the needs of commercial and business clients.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in a similar sales environment, of which 2 years at junior management level
- 2+ years supervisory/management experience leading a sales team
Proven track record of:
- Exceeding sales targets
- Driving quick sales cycles
- Managing performance metrics (conversion rates, call volumes, pipeline efficiency)
- Has knowledge and experience of Transactional Banking products
