Waterplant Operator – Hangana Seafood
Job Description
Monitoring operations of all water processing systems in the Utility department.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Test water, seawater plant and desalination plant for chlorine and NTU as per schedule
- Test seawater’s PH Levels
- Record daily data per data sheet and check for abnormal metered units and act on any abnormalities immediately.
- Oversee control panels and instrumentations to check whether all equipment is functioning properly under operation
- Inspect and report alarms to the Supervisor
- Conduct first line maintenance
- Conduct first line breakdown assistance
- Assist Artisan and Water plant Supervisor in carrying out repairs during maintenance and breakdown
Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirement:
- Certificate/advanced course in Water or Wastewater plant
- 3-5 years’ practical experience in operating a water care plant
