Position: Sales Executive: New & Used Vehicles

Role Overview
The Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, providing exceptional guest service, and fostering long-term customer relationships. This role requires a results-driven and enthusiastic professional who can effectively promote Indongo Toyota’s brand and products in a competitive automotive environment.
Key Performance Areas
Prospect for new customers and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
Achieve a minimum of eight vehicle sales per month.
Source and appraise used vehicle stock.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
Deliver an exceptional guest experience by understanding and meeting customer needs.
Maintain accurate sales documentation and update relevant DMS systems.
Report sales activity, trends, and performance results.
Work closely with management and sales teams to achieve dealership goals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and customer service expectations.
Minimum Requirements
Grade 12 certificate.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in motor vehicle or sales environment.
Computer literacy (MS Office and Motodata).
Valid driver’s license (compulsory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Willingness to work overtime or relocate if necessary.
Additional Requirements
Namibian citizenship or permanent residence.
Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional attitude.
