NEW & USED VEHICLES SALES MANAGER
LOCATION: OKAHANDJA
KEY PERFORMANCE AREA:
Manage the New Vehicles Sales Department.
Manage the Used Vehicles Sales Department.
Lead and develop a highly efficient sales team.
Achieve and exceed targets and budgets.
Effectively manage and control vehicle stock levels.
Meet Toyota Standards and effectively manage the Sales Development Program.
Exploit market and marketing opportunities.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Be a contributing member of the Management team.
Adhere to group standards and policies.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Grade 12, preferably a post-school qualification.
At least 6 years’ Sales experience, of which 2 years should have been at management level.
Valid driver’s license.
Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Auto franchise experience will be advantageous.
