Vacancy Opening: X1 Business Systems Analyst (Internal and External)

Key Responsibilities

  • Extracting, analyzing, and validating data using SQL and business intelligence tools such as Microsoft Power BI to produce accurate operational and management reports.
  • Acting as the technical lead for ERP system issues, including troubleshooting, testing, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Providing end-user support and training to enhance system adoption and productivity.
  • Serving as the subject matter expert for all business systems applications.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Rosh Pinah Zinc Business Applications.
  • Maintain system documentation and change records for Rosh Pinah Zinc Business Applications.
  • Proactively engage with ERP and Business application support partners to resolve complex technical issues and ensure timely system recovery.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years’ experience managing ERP systems (e.g., SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Proven experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong SQL querying as well as reporting and data extraction skills.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of relational database management systems.
  • Business intelligence and dashboard development skills.
  • System troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • ERP configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • SLA monitoring and vendor coordination.
  • Technical documentation and procedural writing.
  • Data validation and integrity management.
  • Understanding of IT governance and system controls.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
