Job Title: HINO AND FLEET SERVICE ADVISOR
Location: WALVIS BAY
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve highest degree of Hino and Fleet customer satisfaction
- Adhere to Fleet credit control and work in progress procedures
- Maintain detailed service records and ensure vehicles meet all legal and regulatory requirements
- Conduct proper job card write up in line with Fleet guest’s symptom descriptions
- Responsible for all general administration in the Fleet department
- Provide regular reports on service status, costs, and vehicle downtime.

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and reliability and excellent technical knowledge and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ experience in a service advisor or fleet coordination role
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Toyota franchise experience will be advantageous
- Valid driver’s license.
