Sales Executive (x2 Positions) – Tiger Wheel & Tyre Namibia

Job Description

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic and goal-driven person with excellent communication skills. This role may often be challenging and may require some after-hours service, so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. If you also have some experience in sales or customer service, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute plans to service customers and meet company annual sales plans.
  • Implement administrative procedures to ensure customer needs are met, and Tiger Wheel & Tyre’s high standards are upheld.
  • Develop and improve Tiger Wheel & Tyre customer base and sales.
  • Manage self to improve personal effectiveness.
  • Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Product knowledge and defect identification
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management.
  • Assist other team members with transactions when necessary.
  • Manage subordinates to ensure effective client service.
  • Effective time keeping to meet required deadlines.

Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication, selling and negotiating skills.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter within the Tiger Wheel & Tyre team.
  • A passion to succeed in a challenging environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years in the tyre industry or 2 years of sales experience in a similar environment.
  • Computer knowledge is essential.
  • Grade 12 (Matric) with a minimum of 23 points.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
