Key Responsibilities

  • Handle reservations and enquiries
  • Manage bookings across multiple platforms
  • Process invoicing and payments accurately
  • Ensure exceptional service to our clients
  • Work closely with lodges and suppliers
  • Contribute to a positive, professional team environment

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Experience in the Tourism Industry
  • Proven experience in Booking Systems: HOPE, Semper, NightsBridge, Innkeeper, etc.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
  • Excellent Customer Service and strong Team Spirit
  • Good Computer Skills
  • Experience in Bookings & Invoicing
  • Must provide excellent references from previous employers
