Job Summary

We’re looking for someone to run our guest activities: hikes, sundowners, canyon walks, and the small moments that make a stay here stick with people. This is a hands-on role. You’ll plan the daily programme, train and manage the activities team, and make sure every outing runs safely and well.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily activity programs
• Train and manage the activities team
• Ensure all outings are safe and enjoyable
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience

Requirements

• Experience in managing activities and teams
• Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of local attractions and safety protocols
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
