Job Summary

The Ministry of Information and Communication Technology hereby invites bidders for the following bid: PROCUREMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF BIOMETRIC SYSTEM, CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION (CCTV), FIRE SUPPRESSION AND ALARM SYSTEM AT MICT HEAD OFFICE, SHAPUMBA TOWER, REGIONAL OFFICES AND NAMIBIA FILM COMMISSION (NFC) FOR A PERIOD OF 24 MONTHS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement of biometric systems, CCTV, fire suppression and alarm systems.
  • Maintenance of the aforementioned systems at MICT Head Office, Shapumba Tower, Regional Offices and Namibia Film Commission (NFC).
  • Ensuring the systems are operational and compliant with safety standards throughout the 24-month period.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement and maintenance of biometric systems, CCTV, fire suppression and alarm systems.
  • Ability to provide services for a period of 24 months.
  • Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
