Job Summary

We are excited to announce that applications are now open for our Graduate Development Programme (GDP) in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT). We are seeking top talent from local and international universities to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of banking. This specialized, intensive 24-month programme is designed to equip graduates with cutting-edge Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills, fostering innovation, technological advancement and financial proficiency. Our goal is to identify, nurture and develop high-potential individuals through hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship, preparing them to drive the future of banking.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a specialized, intensive 24-month programme designed to equip graduates with cutting-edge Information and Communication Technology (ICT) skills.
  • Engage in fostering innovation, technological advancement and financial proficiency.
  • Actively participate in hands-on experience and dedicated mentorship to drive the future of banking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Competencies: Python, SQL, Power BI
  • Competencies: Database management, software development lifecycle & automation tools
  • Namibian Citizenship.
  • Holder of a Bachelor’s / Honors / Master’s Degree.
  • Minimum average pass rate of 60%.
  • Willingness to enter a twenty-four (24) month employment contract.
  • Must not be serving contractual obligations with other institutions.
  • Not employed for more than six months.
