Overall Purpose of Position: The Production Superintendent is responsible for leading and coordinating mineral processing production activities to achieve safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant performance. Main Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate daily production activities across the mineral processing plant. Develop and monitor production plans, targets, operating priorities, and plant performance. Oversee copper flotation plant operations and drive stable, efficient production performance. Monitor operating costs and improve productivity. Minimum Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, Chemical Engineering, Mining, or a related field. Minimum of 8–10 years’ experience in mineral processing, with at least 3 years in a senior supervisory or management role.
