Job Summary: Paratus Telecommunications currently has vacancies for 2 X Network Monitoring Agents based in Windhoek. Key Responsibilities: Monitoring internal systems and networks, as well as customer links. Reporting any faults that pop up, report on network performances and keep documentation updated. Ensure that multiple monitoring tools are relevant and update. Requirements: Friendly and helpful attitude. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Good understanding of networking and systems. Grade 12 with A+ or N+. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking or Communications. Valid driver’s license. Police Clearance.
