Uis Tin Mining Company (UTMC) invites motivated students and recent graduates to apply for internship and graduate trainee opportunities within the following fields:
Areas of Opportunities
– Boiler making
– Fitter
– Welding
– Control and Instrumentation
– Electrical

Internship Opportunities
Requirements:
– Must be currently in the third year of study towards a relevant trade certificate or qualification equivalent to NQF level 3, in one of the fields listed above.
– Must provide an official letter from their institution confirming the student status and eligibility for internship placement.
– Must be available for the duration of the internship as required by the Company.
– Good academic performance.

Graduate Opportunities
Requirements:
– Must hold a relevant NQF Level 3 – trade certificate in one of the fields listed above.
– The certificate must have been obtained within the past three (3) years from the date of application.
– Must demonstrate an interest in developing a professional career within the mining industry.
– Relevant practical experience will be an added advantage.
– Commitment to health, safety and responsible mining practices.
