The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Human Resources function, ensuring effective people practices and contributing to the achievement of the company’s goals and objectives.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years’ experience in this role
• Competent on SAGE Payroll
• Professional Knowledge of the Namibian Labour Act
