Requirements:
– At least 3 years experience in the shoe manufacturing industry.
– Experience in staff management and factory supervision.
– Ability to speak and write Chinese and English fluently.
– Experience with mould changes, raw material ratios and production scheduling.
– Ability to coordinate production according to Chinese and local customer orders.
– Ability to communicate with suppliers in China.
